2008.
wow happy new year, I guess. can't believe it's 2008 already, like what the hell happened to 2007? Talk about an eventful year. Lots of moving around only to find myself right where I was living in the first place. No car wrecks (knocks on wood.) My aunt has gotten a step closer to where she wants to be, Santa Fe. Speaking of which,I got to go up to see the galleries twice last year with my art class, it was wonderful. Definately more than a day trip if you want to try and see everything.
I think I reached the peak of my whole sonic career. Made carhop, made carhop crew leader or rather carhop in charge. I made the A-team and passed the test on the first try, resulting in spending three weeks in Arizona, all expenses paid, training new employees at a brand new store and even made a good impression on mr. sonic himself. Climbing the corporate ladder. I decided it was time for something new, and I had enough party life.
So, I quit sonic took a month off and now I'm workin' at a bakery, The Nut House. Sometimes it reminds me of when I worked at the Cornerstone Bakery an Cafe back when Del ran it. Those were some good times. It's more laid back, and like it. People come in who remember me from sonic and ask if I miss it at all, and I don't. I don't miss working out in the sun, the heat, the cold, the rain, and serving the grouchy ungrateful customers. I do miss rollerskating, a lot. I do miss some of my regulars, the nice ones. But I think that is all.
