[ As you walk through the door you have the oddest feeling. It's like the world has gotten thin, or you have gained extra dimensions. The feeling passes, quickly. It only lasts as long as it takes for you to walk through a short hallway, but if you look back through the door you'll see that the previous room looks . . . rather far away

[ it is a normal projection machine, with the exception of the dial. The dial has five numbers on it:

[ fussing with the dial! Probably turning it clockwise. Doesn't know what good it'll do, but doing it anyway. ]

[ whatever the first number to come to is! 15 I guess? ]

[ --and the dial clicks back to its previous setting ]

[ staaaaares. WELL that was interesting. Debates for a second, then decides. Going to try the rest of them in the order they're listed. ]

[ there is laughter in your ear, as you try the next number on the dial ]
