(no subject)
alll right... so i'm finally gonna update... i know i'm a little late but... the weekend was very awsome even though i'm sunburned a little bit. now to the awsome weekend
Friday after school i didn't do too much but my bass lesson was awsome as always... i just feel better after going to bass... Scott is so cool he's a freind as well as my teacher and it just takes all the tension off from the week... i've gone in there almost in tears a few times cuz of stuff going on and somehow it just lifts away... so yeah there was that other than that it was boredom.
Then Saturday i went and picked up Bob and drove over to amtgard... that was fun but hot as anything we took our shirts off for a while... and we played in the sprinkler... like a huge industrial one... the water actually hurt a little... but it was refreshing... so i was soaked untill i got home cuz i was wearing cutoff jeans which never dry... not the best amtgard i've been to but a good time and i met some new people. then i went home and had dinner... i forget what... then i was so bored that i made the necklace/choker thing i've been wearing... which is perfectly straight by the way... i was gonna get ash to make me a rainbow one but she never did so i made my own... its fire colors and black which i think suits me better anyways... and i like it.
Then the best part of the weekend was definitely sunday. I woke up at 6:15 to my alarm, promptly turned it off and went back to sleep, i woke up at 8:25 and my first word that day was "shit". It only got better from there... i made it to the tourney at 8:40 and was happy to see Ashley already there... but nobody else was there yet... that was okay tho they probably overslept too... so Ashley and I went to my car and started calling people and were in that process when Nicki showed up... we called everybody we could think of and nobody picked up. Honorable mention to Les who couldn't play because he was sick... at least he showed up *makes faces at people who said they'd come and didn't* but then the coolest thing happened... we walked over to the registration place and told them we only had three people and a college guy piped up that he only had three as well so we decided to merge our teams. These guys (Tim Blaisie, and his freinds Ben and Paula were awsome players) Tim plays for University of MD Ultimate, Ben just plays i think and Paula plays for Clemson so we had really good teammates, we also got another girl without a team but i forget her name T_T (speaking of names i was mixing up Tim and Ben the whole day)... we tossed the disc around and by the time our first game started we had learned so much about ultimate that I think my knowledge of the game was doubled... and i've played for fun for quite some time. i couldn't have thought of a better way to teach Nicki and Ashley, you guys are experts now :-P you'll help me teach all of our noobs. So yeah first we watched the Saint Mary's Ultimate Team (cleverly named SMUT) destroy SOF which was all parents but actually they weren't that bad... its just that SMUT made them look terrible. then it was our turn to face them our first game of the day we were shut out 11 to 0 but we learned a whole lot and it was a good warm up. then we got to play SOF and we beat them 8-3 or so... i forget the score exactly... so that was cool... then we had some time on our hands before the elimination tourney started... did i mention that it was incredibly hot? and thenks so much to Nicki for bringing water and Ashley for holding my keys and wallet :-P i was underprepared as usual. but that was okay... after confirming that every door into the school was locked we decided to head to subway to eat lunch and that was good... we got back just in time to find the other half of our team and get thrown into the elimination game without warming up... we went up against a team called GAIA who had apparently come in second in last year's tourney and were down 2- 6 by the half time... we took our water and saw a comeboack so we went for it eventually ending the game 6-7 and running out of time... we coulda had em with just a bit more time... but no such luck so we were out of the tourney... we said goodbye and i invited Ashley and Nicki to my house to have fun in the pool after the tiring frisbee playing (Ashley trusted me to drive too ^_^ and her parents let me... most parents don't). we had some fun there and then Les called wanting to come over but i didn't wanna drive him... then a bit later Vettie called and said she'd bring over Brent and Les and she called sean and told him about happenings so he showed up too so then everybody was hanging out for a while... on floaty thingies and whatnot... it was quite awsome even despite the fact that i was about to pass out from exhaustion. then nicki had to leave and we had to study chem for a little bit... then we went back down and watched a little of harold and kumar go to white castle which is possibly the most drug induced movie i've ever seen... so eventually we stopped that for a bit and then sadly Ashley had to go home at 5 so i wished her goodbye and went back down to realize my after frisbee party was more of just a pool party >_< original frisbee team all having left... but that was okay cuz it was still good times with good freinds... we had a dinner of hot dogs and hamburgers on the grill... after les and i went to the grocery store cuz my mom didn't have her cell phone on and put rolls hot dogs and relish in the kart and just said "buy these, cya" she just looked confused and didn't say anything as we walked away... i could tell les was trying as hard as possible not to burst out laughing... it was pretty ninja. so then yeah we had a little cookout and i guess i was in a different mood cuz i fount the rest of harold and kumar funny... riding on a cheetah and such... still not much in storyline but funny nonetheless so after that was over it was about 8:30 so i took Les home and everybody else left and i got home and instead of going to sleep like a normal person i stayed up till 1 on AIM >_< that was dumb
but it leads straight into today when i woke up early enough to finish my chem notebook and talk to people in the cafeteria and turn it in before the bell. then school was worthless pretty much but i saw some good movies and lunch was fun with duck duck goose and such... then 6th period was great too because having already taken our final nicki, Ash T., and I skipped to SWE (marching band) and hung out there... Nicki Ashley and I escaped to outside and talked for a good long time about stuff in general... it was cool... but twards the end i got all quiet cuz stuff was on my mind... sorry guys... so that was pretty much my day i took a nap for a little this afternoon and its 10:00 now so bedtime for me sorry about the long entry and i'll see you guys later.
Oh man am i gonna miss everyone tho lunch is so much fun and i dunno what i'm gonna do without you guys so everybody must stay in touch over the summer... and i have a pool so we can hang here... this summer should be awsome as long as people stay in touch. but i'll miss seeing everybody for lunch... *tear* *tear* as brent would say... but hopefull life shall not be lonely with people living at my house and mooching the pool ~_^ alright i'm actually out now :-P
