Update on Alex
Hello all,
This is Jade, Alex's god daughter (despite never having been christened!). I am posting on Alex's behalf. Andrew and I went to visit her tonight at the Whittington Hospital. She is quite pale and tired but otherwise okay, complete with oxygen tube into her nose and morphine available at the touch of the button...no really, she demonstrated it for us! We took in some books and embroidery since I think she'll be incredibly bored by next Wednesday which is here provisional discharge date. She isn't really mobile as yet but the physiotherapist will be coming in over the next couple of days. If anyone posts any comments I will pass them over to her...as long as I can figure out how this site works!
