Spent most of today haunted by a genuinely terrifying nightmare, the sort that lingers on for most of the day. I don't normally have bad dreams, but every four years or so I have a really bad one. This time, I was in southern France (sort of), with a lot of my friends, and I was losing my mind. Every time I tried to speak, it came out horribly wrong, and everyone was gradually abandoning me. The taste of panic and feeling of being out of control lingered for ages.
Otherwise, I've done several hours of data-entry (aiming to get this week's work finished by tomorrow, so I can take Friday off), fixed the flashing over the French windows, bought and replaced light bulbs, cooked mince and tatties and banana muffins, and been to the library (book about tulipmania, history of magic mushrooms, Sushila Raman CD).
