Today I am the only one in the office. Shannon tried to get bitchy at me, I just ignored her. Why she will not understand Customers wont follow her directions because either they dont understand them, or acutally want to talk to a real person! I dont understand.
and to the customer that just called, before you hung up, i didnt have the chance to agree with you, but i do think you are an idiot :) How you could not fill out a order form is beyond me, but how do you expect somthing to get to you if you type in two differnt address on each line of the shipping address section?!@# and why you think its stupid for a company to only send to the listed address on a credit card. Well if you had a hard time understanding everything else, then i realy really shouldnt have to waste the time explaining it.
