Good old fortune cookie:
"There is no rose without a thorn"
Opened that up the other day with my meal and went 'some fortune cookier writer is pretty smart'. Kind of puts everyone into perspective. No matter how beautiful, attractive, funny, interesting, etc. they are, they're always a thorn with them. Like every gardener, no matter how experience you are, you seem to prick yourself every once in a while. The lesson here is just to remember there are always 2 sides to things. The beautiful rose, and the thorn that guards it.
Still working. Got to first shift, 9am every day! yay! (right). New people hired in at work, they seem pretty cool. Look foward to getting to know them. I really love my job. Yea its fast food, but this place is just a great place to work.
Significant other, or g/f? not currently. None for a few months now. Worried? nah, its all good :) Just keeping my eyes open, and my mouth talking. All i can do, and hope for the best...
