Hopefully Stimulating

In light of bly_me's comments to the previous post, I've been trying to think of something that might stimulate some discussion. Interestingly enough something occurred to me to ask. The story is that I was driving down Broad St., and while stopped at a light I looked over and there was a black man in his car, who might have already been smiling at something but it seemed like when I looked at him he smiled, and made me think of subtle communication between ment that I may not possibly be privy to that I wasn't before. It wasn't what actually happened that was important, but I was wondering, as you guys are seen as men 100% or nearly that most or all of the time, have you come into contact with the DL phenomenon from the perspective of a possible participator? I'm used to seeing the issue from an outside perspective whether that's HIV prevention or someone's attempt at uncovering something "shocking". And if you haven't come into contact with an opportunity to engage in DL activities or whatever, do you better understand the investments that DL men claim to have in maintaining their identities and thus having to be dishonest about their activities?
