Binder Exchange

I'm looking to exchange a large GC2B half tank binder for a X-large GC2B binder. I would prefer a full tank, but either half or full is fine. Color doesn't matter.
The binder I'm looking to exchange with is in good condition. It had only been worn 4 times and had been washed once (by hand).


I can only exchange with someone in the US due to shipping cost, but other than that I'll exchange with anyone.
