Looking for a workout buddy in Minneapolis...
I think it's a long shot to find a workout buddy of the caliber I really want from a random shout out but I thought I might as well.
Anyway, I am looking for someone to workout with 3-4 days a week. I lift weights at the Uptown YWCA but wouldn't mind relocating gyms if need be. I have been lifting weights for 7 years now and I push myself the hardest when I am working out with someone and they are encouraging me and I them. And obviously when I push myself I notice the most gains in muscle mass and in strength gain.
I would really like someone who already has established weight lifting into their lifestyle...I am not really looking to get someone into shape or teach anyone how to lift. Though if you know how to lift but just kinda fell outta it that might work. I'd also like someone who is consistent and reliable. Of course it's understandable if you have to miss every once in awhile.

ps. Also looking for someone to ride mountain bikes with this summer. I've heard there's a really sweet course at Lebanon Park.
