If you or someone you know and love needs help affording the non-surgical aspects of transition, know there is someone here to help!  The Gender Alignment Exchange, genderalignment, is a livejournal group that helps FtMs, MtFs and everyone in between!  We offer, and also take donations of, an endless veriety of transitional items, clothing, accessories and even hygiene products.  Anything to help you feel more comfortable in your own skin can be found or donated there!  Please read the welcome post for instructions!
