I'm not the biggest fan of exercise. I try to do cardio 3 times a week for 10-20 minutes each day. I'm also not the healthiest eater. Again, I try, but I'm young and poor and sometimes when there's nothing in the fridge and your friend gives you a cheeseburger, you eat the cheeseburger. I'm worried about gaining weight once I start t, which will be this next week. If just keep up with my cardio will that help?
