trans places/resources in austin tx

I'll be moving to Austin in early August, and I'm wondering if there is anything like some sort of LGBT social group (I have looked online, but only found places aimed at people 18-25, and I am 27. I have no problem socializing with younger people myself) and also jobs/companies that are trans friendly? I'm more or less looking for a trans guide to Austin.
