Depo testosterone dosage
For those of you on Depo T, what's your dosage?
I was previously on Sustanon 250 (250mg/3 weeks), which worked great, but due to shortage I'll be switching to Depo as a backup. My doctor prescribed 100mg/3 weeks for that, saying that due to the different composition of the T, it'll be equivalent to my previous dose.
But it seems like a drastic difference, and 100mg/3 weeks seems like really really little - just 33mg/week. Is his maths/science suspect, or is it true that there is does exist such a big difference between different esters of T? I'm at a very comfortable dose right now and I don't want to mess it up.
Also, Depo T's half-life is listed as eight days; would this mean that it runs out completely in 16 days? How can the dose last 3 weeks, in that case?
Lastly, is it true that Depo is linked with causing depression, more so than other forms of T? I've seen several sources on that, which is weird because low-T levels are also associated with depression. Going on T brought me out of depression (not just psychosomatic, because it creeps up again when levels are low), and I really don't want to go back. :/
