chest sensation, feeldoe v. share

i had top surgery (peri) about two years ago now. i've only just started really focusing on exercise in the last couple months. lifting, etc. i've noticed i'm feeling a lot more in my nipples than i noticed before. i'm just curious if anyone else had noticed improved sensation from working out. i also thought maybe it'd be reassuring to hear that even a couple years out the sensation is improving and changing for me.

the other question i have is about the feeldoe, versus the share. i know a lot's been written about both but i have a specific question about clit stimulation. the bulb on the share feels great for me, and after some practice, i can hold it in. but the bummer for me is that the other end of the thing is smooth so when it rubs against my "clit", it's just not very stimulating. from pictures i've seen of the feeldoe, it seems to have ridges where the share is totally smooth. can anybody attest to it being more stimulating?
