Post-Op Care Question
Hi guys,
I looked through the archives but can't find anything relating to this, but if I missed it it's because I have a horrible cold on top of being two weeks post-op so please excuse it.
Anyway, I had top surgery two weeks ago and so I'm moving off the bacitracin and to like lotion and vaseline and such now. I had surgery with Medalie so I had the vest thing instead of Ace bandages or whatever other surgeons do, and I'm so sick of the vest that I asked the nurse if I could just tape the little gauze pads on (the ones that cover the nipples) instead and she was like yeah, ditch the vest if it's annoying you.
So anyway I'm trying to tape these things on and one type of tape really pulls at my skin and leaves marks, but the next gentler tape doesn't stick!! Has anyone else figured out how the heck to do this? Any resources or tips on how to get this tape to stick to me without taking my skin with it when I take it off?
