OUCH!

So..I had my second T shot about a day ago (oh yeah, I started T whoo!)...

The first time I had the shot, my leg was sore afterward for a day or two. Not too bad. I could still stand all day at work and it was just a bit irritating at most.

This time, WOW. My right leg was sore from mid thigh all the way down to the knee. The injection itself didn't hurt this time. I barely felt it, but the soreness to follow was so unbearable I couldn't walk right. Now, it didn't come on this painfully right away. It was pretty sore at the start of the day (causing me to limp a bit and stumble when the muscle tensed up) but it wasn't all that bad. But by the end of my work day it was excruciating! I could hardly bend it.

After a night's rest, it's back to just being mildly sore with a bit of tensing and stumbling. Did it get bad because I was on it all day? I have to stand for 8+ hours on days I work as well as walk around a bit and carry heavy things sometimes (adding extra weight). Has anyone else had this problem? Was there a way to avoid it (other than just staying off your feet for a bit, which I can't do at work). I have one more day of work before the weekend (today) and if there's anything I can do to help the pain and tenseness, let me know.

Also, is it okay to soak my leg a day after injecting? I've been pondering taking a bath after work tonight if it hurts again.
