So, just kind of a quick "how do-you-do-it" sort of question, if anyone's experienced this.
I'm nearing the last year of college. I've been living as male since I was fifteen, so most people here at this campus have no idea that I'm trans and only know me as male. As I finally changed my name, my last name will actually be different as well (I was originally registered as Sam F. and will now be Samuel W. once the paperwork goes through).
I feel like it's not as common for the last name to change for males randomly when they're 20, so does anyone have any good tips on dealing with this if someone questions it? Not a huge deal, but something I'd be curious about so I could handle it smoothly. I'm not worried about anyone finding out I'm trans because of it (at all) but I do think it would probably seem kind of funky to most people.
