Who are some good psychiatrists/therapists in New Jersey?

Hey  guys hope its OK to ask this here.  I'm guessing it is because I've seen people asking about surgeons?  Anyway I was wondering if anyone knew of any good psychiatrists and/or therapists in New Jersey?  Especially northern New Jersey?  I'm going to be going for therapy for my T and didn't know if anybody here knew of anybody I should see?  Or anyone I should avoid at all costs?

If it matters, I will be paying for it out of pocket so insurance isn't a problem.
