Garramone's work on bigger chested dudes

I'm going to Garramone in July for DI. I'm worried, although he reassured me it was no problem, of being bigger chested (36 D...I think?) but not being very big in terms of weight (I'm about 5'5 at 135 lbs).

Anyone else have a similar body type when they had surgery? I would really appreciate hearing about your experience and maybe seeing post op pictures.
