It's worth a shot
I don't know how well this is going to go but, I thought I would give it a shot, but first I was wondering what any of you have to say about Dr. Peter Raphael and Dr.Christine McGinn.
I've narrowed my options of top surgeons down to 4 and they are as follows Dr. Charles Garramone, Hugh McLean and the previously mentioned two surgeons. Before I ultimately pick one I have to do a little research...well I need to do some reaching out actually. the original reason why I am posting is to ask if there is anyone that would be willing to let me stay with them while I get my surgery done. I know this sounds far fetched but I figured that maybe I would give asking a shot. If this sounds crazy, I do understand, I really do. I just thought I would attempt to do all I could to lower travel and lodging expenses.
I can totally understand the fears of this situation, letting someone you don't know into your hone, taking a huge risk on someone. I just hoped his would get me some where.
So if there is anyone in the following areas that could possible house me while I get my surgery and recover that would be awesome. I would only need to stay about a week unless the doctor thought other wise. By the way I would be expecting a free stay, just looking for something cheaper than the hotels I have come up with.
Her are the cities of each of the 4 top surgeons I'm considering: Plano TX, New Hope PA, Sunrise FL, and Mississauga ON Canada. Like I said this probably sounds outrageous but it's always worth a shot.
Also any input on any of the surgeons is welcome.
