Persad Center is the main therapist resource for trans issues in Pittsburgh, as far as I know. I went there for a while, and I know of other people who did as well. I don't know how young of a patient they'll treat, but I went there at the age of 20, for what that's worth. My therapist was helpful and had experience with trans issues, though her expertise was more related to MtF than FtM. I don't know how true that is for the other therapists there.

When I lived in Pittsburgh, the organizational meetings for the Transgender Day of Remembrance happened in the LGBTQ center on Murray Avenue. I remember seeing fliers for some sort of trans youth group there, and I was even asked if I would consider coming to talk to the group at one point (which I didn't end up doing). I have no idea if this is still going on, since I haven't lived in Pittsburgh for a few years now, but it would be worth contacting the center to find out.
