Heh! As someone with a lot of hair, pre- and post-T, I've plucked my eyebrows to keep the "unibrow" from happening, since uh . . . 1985 or something. And the f**kers keep growing back! So they can be persistent, yes.

I am part Native American. My eyebrows are blonde and can't be seen. I have been trying to grow a goatee for 4 moths now and maybe have 8 hairs and mostly blonde. Who knows how it all works.
