the dick development process is humming along, and hopefully we'll have a product available soon.
in the meantime, i'm wondering if it's worth developing a plain old packer of the silicone material that will be a component of the pack/ play (or, if you're like me and hate the word "play" in this context, the tuck-n-fuck) prosthetic. the last time i got a new packer, i was pretty grossed out by the off-gassing and phthalate leaching that actually trashed my drawers and left my biojunk smelling like packer. um, ew. anyway, i want to know if there's interest in a soft, realistic feel packer. here's a poll:
[eta: when considering reasonable price, bear in mind that this material, in addition to being skin-safe, 100% silicone, is high-endurance, shrink-free, and possessed of the ability to stretch 1000x without tearing; as such it would be extremely long lasting. It can also be sterilized by boiling.]

eta, again: for those of you who are expressing interest in a urinary device, i've emailed the folks who make the whiz to see if they're willing to talk to me about developing a product that could be used in conjunction with a packer. they seem to have cornered the market on quality materials in this arena, and i'm hoping they're open to the idea of creating something that meets this particular need. i WILL NOT pursue a urinary option that seems to me inferior in terms of safety, ease of use, or hygiene, but if i can figure out a good, comfortable, option, i'll do what i can to incorporate it.
