Question....
I should totally know the answer to this, but I don't and I feel like an idiot. Can't really find much on the web about it.
I'm wavering about going on T. I'm definitely going to have top surgery and I'm scheduled to go on T on 1/9. While I'd like the facial hair and the deeper voice and whatnot, I suppose I pass alright without it (well enough to be stealth when I meet new people). The answer to this question will be my deciding factor:
Can I still give blood while on T?
See, my mom was diagnosed with MS a few years back and giving blood was VERY important to her. Since she can no longer give, I (and many of mine and her friends) give as regularly as we can in her name. I'd hate to have to give that up.
