Marriage Question.

Hello everyone! I have a question that is really haunting me lately... and kind of a big issue for me. So...if anyone could help... that would be great.

keep in mind that you can undergo T and surgery and not get your birth cert changed until you want too. Meaning, you can still get married as M/F couple even after your transistion, as long as your birthcert says F. I am only saying this because i have heard stories where it was a similar situation, one partner is straight and as much as they are in love, sometimes when the straight partner starts seeing the changes, its too much for them.

I'm not saying this is something that will happen, jsut i have read about it a few times before. good luck, and as appealing as it is to get married before, weather you do or not, remember to stay true to yourselves.

Vif, so it works the same way in France, just based on your birth certificate? It doesn't matter if I've been on T and had surgeries and whatnot, as long as my birth certificate still has that F on it?

yes. i plan on marrying my mtf girlfriend after her surgery. me m she f. although, i suspose if someone was out too get you they could tell someone offical and it could be revolked. but hey, if both your birth certs f and m and your both precent as such, there really shold be no problems in that area.

isn't is great screwing with the system.
