I've seen this issue posted about time and time again and while I can't speak for anyone other than myself, here is exactly why I don't feel comfortable in this community:

A couple more things I wanted to add here, this is not a post looking for comments to try and convince me or anyone else to stick around. I'm not going anywhere, but I don't keep this community on my friends list anymore and I rarely answer posts here and that is mostly because of conversations like this one I've linked. I'm not trying to start drama by posting this link, I'm re-posting it because it was buried at the end of someone else's post and I thought it deserved a whole conversation of it's own because it's important.
The whole "not trans enough" arguement works both ways, sure I've seen plenty of guys make genderqueer or non/pre-transitioning guys feel not welcome or not included in conversations, but it happens the other way around too. Guys who are taking a different path telling guys who have transitioned more traditionally that they are not trans enough for moving past a trans identity and identifying as male. If we are going to talk so much in this community in particular about welcoming everyone and being open to all kinds of gender expressions, then we need to have conversations like this one where someone (who happens to be me in this case) is being flat out told they don't belong in FTM space because I consider myself to be male, with an FTM history not an FTM identity.
Sorry,
boigrrl1der deleted his comments in the thread now, mine are still there where you can see a little of how the conversation went but I cannot re-post his comments and I don't want to try and summarize his thoughts.
