I'm sorry. This is probably not the best time to be posting this but it has popping up in empas and naver.

The article says he's "most-likely" to be the new member but the decision is not finalized and that there could be changes. His name is Song Seung Hyon (and no, it's not Song Seung Heon the actor), a current F&C trainee
edited: Never mind. Now they changed the pics. I think these are more accurate. Sorry for the confusion guys. Song Seung Hyon is NOT SO-1. SO-1's real name, according to wiki, is Jang Hyun Seung.
