donations in memory of Rose
Rose Kreiswirth's family has requested that anyone who wants to make a donation in memory of Rose should do so to the Visiting Nurse Service & Hospice of Suffolk, Inc. There is a printable donation form available at http://servtfgogw00.sn.sourcedns.com/~hillary/donor_form.htm. I will also be bringing copies of this form to BAT and giving people an opportunity to make a contribution toward a larger donation.
Don asked that, if possible, he would like donations directed specifically to the hospice portion of the service. I was at the house last night, and Don could not say enough about this organization and what they did for Rose in her last days.
