One last jaunt up the slopes if you've got the presence of mind to handle it -- or were lucky enough to to have filed a Fandom Weirdness Absentee Ballot.

He'd not had the best start to the morning, what with the waking up wrong and all, but on the bright side, he could still speak. Nobody would be putting ribbons in his hair this time, thank you. Eventually, curiosity won out over embarassment and William headed to the slopes to test if there was a significant change to his centre of gravity.

Answer: there was. As evidenced by the frequent tumbles he was taking on his way down the trails. At least, at first. With enough repetition, he managed to cut down the number of falls he took on each successive run.

Bruce had been planning on tackling the advanced slope before leaving today. He wasn't about to let something like having breasts stop him from doing just that.

Also, he had bought a cute ski outfit this morning.

Once Roy figured out he was not, in fact, tripping, he was totally a girl now, he'd handled this with all the equanimity of someone from the Silver Age when, frankly, it was surprising this sort of thing didn't happen more often. Which was to say he'd poked at his new tits for a while and then decided that they weren't going away and he might as well enjoy what was left of his vacation.

The new center of gravity was throwing him off a bit, so he was sticking to the medium-difficulty trails.

Feel like a slightly slower trek through the snow than you'd get on skis, and an introduction to the local wildlife? (Hint: no teal deer.) Take a guided Snowshoe Tour from the Nature Center

Vail's shopping district can handle all your last-minute souvenir-grabbing -- or clothes-that-actually-fit-you-buying -- needs.

No sparkles this time drew attention from the baristas. No, it was the handsome man with the air of being wealthy about him.

That somehow managed to earn Maladicta her coffee free of charge. And a lot of smiles.

Interesting.

Faramir had received his own share of looks that morning. Starting from what kind of potato sack is she wearing to damn, she has a fine ass once he had finished his shopping.

The jeans were kind of strange, but they weren't too uncomfortable and the shirt fitted him much better than is tunic was. So hopefully Maladicta would forgive him for being way too late. Shopping for nefarious plans took time.

He was relieved to see Maladicta was still there and he quickly ordered his hot chocolate before joining her at her table. "I still believe you are enjoying this far too much," he informed her as he shrugged out of his new coat.

"The ladies over there have been trying to flirt with me," she said cheerfully. "This is fun."

Faramir chanced a look towards said ladies and raised an eyebrow.

"Should I perhaps leave then? So I do not scare them away?" he offered.

"As long as you don't keep them from serving me more coffee..."

"I would not dream of ruining your fun," he assured her, even if it did feel somewhat strange.

Still, he slid into the seat opposite her and reached for his own cup. "I think this means that I have no need to apologise for being late."

"You went shopping, I think that counts as an excuse." A very nice one at that.
