High School Look Back
Freshman Year
What were you like: I was a yankee. I moved to Florida on August 29, 1995 and started high school a few days late.
What was your favorite class: Probably band. I made most of my friends in band.
Who was your best friend: Shannon Ellison and Samantha Endriss
Who did you have a crush on: Josh Atwood
Something random: My first week of school I came home and cried because I hadn't made any friends. My Dad felt so bad he called the school and asked to have 2 peer pals sit with me at lunch.
Sophomore Year
What were you like: A band nerd.
What was your favorite class: Jazz Workshop
Who was your best friend: Samantha Endriss and Melissa Masters
Who did you have a crush on: Everyone? Um, Matt Pennington...I think.
Something random: It's hard to seperate freshman and sophomore year. It all kind of blends together.
Junior Year
What were you like: A perverted, loud-mouthed, whiny girl. Ha.
What was your favorite class: Ryder's class. It was totally slack and he played Enya. Rock on.
Who was your best friend: Melissa Masters and Aaron Barber
Who did you have a crush on: I dated Dan Prevatt, Aaron Barber, and had a major crush on Jon Sparks.
Something random: Ricky Williams practically begged me to break up with Dan and date him. He would write me notes in class and flirt unmercifully. In January of '98 I got in a bad car accident that put me in the hospital. Leslie (my best friend now) and I were at odds because of my relationship with Aaron. I started working at Publix and met some of the coolest peeps I will ever have the pleasure of being friends with. I marched DCI with Tarheel Sun that summer.
Senior Year
What were you like: More confident and definitely less whiny.
What was your favorite class: I have to agree with Rob and say International Relations. Maass and Potter were totally awesome. Physics with Mr. Buell was pretty fun too.
Who was your best friend: Tina, Leslie Martz, and Melissa Masters
Who did you have a crush on: Jon Sparks
Something random: Leslie and I rekindled our friendship. I got to know Ryan Lime and his red Mustang pretty well. My friends were the coolest. We bowled almost every Friday night and played volleyball on the beach when it was warm.
