(no subject)
I don't know if I mentioned this before, but I'm going to see Phil Collins in September. : ) I'm so excited! Leslie and I saw that he'd be touring when we were in Las Vegas. The day after we got back to FL, she bought tickets for the show in Orlando On September 28th. That's going to be an awesome week for me! FSU vs. Clemson on September 25th and then Phil Collins on the 28th. YAY!
Alison left for California last week. Leslie and I had lunch with her before she left. She'll be gone for six months. How sad. : (
On a happy note, I saw my Jackie last week. She turned 21 on Thursday night. I met up with her at Treaty Park to watch her pappy play softball. I was missing her like crazy at work. Well, I'm in the loan department now so I'm missing everyone from IP like crazy. Heh. Mike wants to take me to lunch on Wednesday. Katie and I were getting along so well for only knowing each other for 2.5 weeks.
Melissa Masters got married on Saturday. She and I were close in high school. I could tell she was so happy to see me. The wedding was lovely and done in true Masters fashion. Mrs. Masters made all of the flower arrangements, table decorations, and favors herself. Joy Perry was the maid of honor. I actually didn't see many people that I knew...
I'm getting a bit jealous of all these people getting married. Ah-well.
Dave has been thinking about moving out of his house. I'm getting my hopes up (which is BAD) but one of us having our own place would make things 45873498562002 times better! We've talked about getting married in 2006, but I'll tell ya, I can't do this "separate" shit for another 2 years. I'll probably be bald and have the shakes by then.
