Icons galore...and more Bleach ranting?
Just went on a mad icon-downloding spree, yachiru bearing the brunt of my "vicious" assault. (But really, his/her icons are just be-yooooo-tiful.) Most of them are Bleach, and if I were to subcategorise it further, most of them are Renji and Ishida. XD
Renji is now one of my top Bleach favs, and especially after watching ep 32. Something about possible unrequited love and seeing a guy like him blush, perhaps? Heh heh. Ishida? I'm thinking that it's the bow and arrow combination. I was a sucker for Legolas - why not Ishida? They make archery look cool. But then again, I've always had a weakness for bespectacled, dark-haired men. (In manga, that is. Reality is not as kind, unfortunately.)
As for Bleach 181...
1) WHAT???? Is that all I get of Ichiruki after @?!?% chapters of combat and drama?? (Which were very entertaining, yes, but there was 0.0001% of Ichiruki moments.)
2) The above was my first thought, right after seeing the entire scan. It's an understandable reaction, yes? I mean, I was hoping for MORE WORDS between them than just...what they said in the chapter. Just that, and they part? I was crushed at first, but I think I can understand the reasoning behind Rukia not returning with Ichi. For one thing, I hoping that her staying behind means that she'll be trying to get back her shinigami powers, and go back to the being the kickass character she was at the beginning of the series. And besides, I'm certain this will just be a short parting, given that Aizen is still on the loose and that she is, after all, the lead female character of the series. And Bleach won't entirely be Bleach without Ichigo-Rukia interaction. Heh heh. (Yes, the rantings of an obsessed shipper and shoujo-addict.)
Boy, am I glad that Bleach is released on a weekly basis. After seeing the latest Skip Beat scan, I want to scream at the thought of waiting ONE BLOODY MONTH. I was not born and bred for patience. -_-
I wish someone could answer this question for me: how do I download those animated icons? I save them on the com, but all I get is a still picture. Someone...help? Anyone? *pleads with weepy, droopy eyes*
Urgh. Finals in a day's time. Let the slaughter begin.
