Oreo Balls
Hey all! I was at Matty's party this weekend. What a party it was! So much fun... Skijets on the lake... lots of drinking! Lots of food and fun! anyway... I got the recipe for Matt's mom's Oreo Balls that we all love so much, so I'm sharring with all of you...
1 package oreo cookies (do not use double stuffed)
1 package 8 oz cream cheese
1 package almond bark chocolate (vanilla)
crush cookies and mix with soffened cream cheese. Roll into balls and freeze for 2 hours. Dip frozen balls into melted chocolate and place on wax paper until firm.
Wow... that was easy!
