Ok, now I need recs for PORTLAND restaurants
Same deal as when I asked for Seattle (nice restaurant for gift certificate for a couple, $100-150), except now I'm wondering whether anyone has recs for great restaurants in Portland.
Basically although this couple is moving to Seattle, they're staying in Portland with her parents until they buy a house in Seattle. I'm thinking it would be easier to use a gift certificate in Portland where they have free babysitting.
