Considering none of us have been able to leave this pleasant vacation spot, I don't think you'll have to worry about being exposed for some time yet.

Elders, I'm sure they're quite old by human standards. Besides, there are plenty who have every intention of razing this place to the ground after they leave, so I doubt tapes will be a problem.
