Happy-Tired-Pain --> detections, inspections, infections and injections.
Yay for another random day off! I was going to go to UCSB with Matt to take some psych tests for $10 an hour, but we ended up not being able to find parking, after looking for 40 minutes. So we went to panda, he did some DDR, and we went to DP to visit Morganne, Daniel and Alyssa (sp) who are running a tennis camp there. Ran into Ashli Park's little sister Alison, and she remembered my name and who I was and everything which was neat. Matt and I played some barefoot tennis which was a huge mistake, but fun at the time. We killed our feet, not quite bloody, but bruised all the padding tissue and gave 'em a good scouring
Then we went skimming, at Ledbetter with Justin (who surfed) and saw Dustin, and we were later joined by the other half of the Kiyois and PT Wilson. It was really a lot of fun. There was an actual skim posse, and we outnumbered the few surfers that were there, but we'd all scream for Justin whenever he caught something. I had a really fun time, but I kicked my ass today. I had a lot of hard falls. The tuck-and-roll kind. And had a few where I got really high in the air but made not-so-graceful landings into the shallow water which stung a lot when I landed wrong. My feet were still hurting from tennis, and this morning I actually had to get up early for a physical (the turn yor head and cough business) and got 2 shots! So I got injected with Hepatitis A in one arm, and anti-Menangitis stuff in the other. They smarted. And then I fell on them lot. So my feet are on fire, and I'm beaten bruised and tired and my triceps are sore from injections, detections, inspections, and infections. But I'm not going to die from disease in Paris, or from the nasty water at Ledbetter.
I canceled my plan to go to Seussical tonight, I just hurt too much, but I'll probably see it right after work tomarrow. Hope that you folk that are in it (or Shelley) are having an awesome opening night, if anyone can save that script, you guys can!
