ATTENTION JUNIORS: Applications are available in the special services office for juniors who are interested in serving as Marshals for Baccalaureate and Graduation. Applications must be returned to the special services office by 4:15 PM on Monday, April 18.
EXCEL CLUB: There will be a meeting on Thursday, April 14 at 8:15 AM and 4:15 PM in the library. Officer applications may be picked up in A107. Completed applications are due back by April 29 at 4:15 PM in A 107.
SENIORS: 1st Lieutenant Jeffrey Titus Johnson scholarship applications are due in the counseling office by 4:00 PM on April 15.
STUDENT COUNCIL COMMITTEE CHAIR APPLICATIONS are now available in the special services office. Any seniors or juniors are eligible to apply. Seniors must be able to designate 4th period to student council. Applications are due back to the special services office by 1:30 PM on Friday, April 15. See Mrs. Laster in C207 if you have any questions.
SENIOR GIRLS: There will be an organizational meeting for the senior women’s skit on Wednesday during 7th period. See Lindsey Toler or a senior class officer if you have questions.
GSL SENIORS: Scholarship applications are now available in C203. Applications are due back by Friday.

TAKS INFORMATION: All sophomores and juniors who are scheduled to take TAKS o April 19-22 should bring a sack lunch on test days, or buy one from the cafeteria for $2.05 each morning. Lunches brought to school by parents will not be delivered during the test. Late buses will run starting at 11:30 AM. Ask your driver for the pick up time.
AP MACROECONOMICS: There will be a tutoring session on Thursday in B200 at 8:15 AM
DEBATE: There will be a meeting on Wednesday at 8:20 AM in G110.
CHESS CLUB: There will be a meeting on Wednesday at 4:10 PM in A200.
NHS: Election of officers will be April 12 during lunch for juniors. There will be a meeting on Thursday at 7:00 PM in the library. All service hours must be turned in by April 22 unless you are working the PTA Health Fair on April 23. Those hours are due April 25. Sign up in B212 for the Health Fair.
HIGHLANDETTE REVUE: Don’t forget to buy your tickets during all lunches. The show is this Friday and Saturday. Tickets are $5.00 in advance and $7.00 at the door.
SENIORS: Bring your senior slide show pictures to the special services office. Be sure and put your name on the back of each picture.
BLOOD DRIVE: The LHHS annual blood drive will be held Friday, April 29 from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Sign up this week and Monday during lunch in D hall.
