Achievement of the day: calling up the ISP and arranging for Mum's e-mail to add SEND capability to its RECEIVE ability.

Meanwhile I find that Mum's version of IE is two whole numbers behind mine and will need to be upgraded as well.

Little by little, we'll get there.
