On the golf coverage today, the announcers were making a comparison between Tiger Woods and Roger Federer...and I thought:
* How many steps does a pro golfer nominally take over the length of an 18-hole round?
* How many steps does a pro tennis player nominally take over the length of a typical match?
I'm sure most people agree that tennis is a higher stress and higher quickness-required sport than golf, but which requires more activity and endurance? Bear in mind that a golf tourney is four rounds, while a tennis tourney is generally five or six matches to determine a champion.
