I'm getting slower and slower speeds from my ISP lately. Right now I'm running 28.8 Kbps.

I'm wondering if I'm better off buying a Ditch Witch and laying the frikkin' DSL line myself. The rental shop on Highway 92 south of Jeff has one for sale.
