Creeped Out... >_>
For those that have been to my house, some of you know that my mom rents out a small studio apartment located behind my garage, in the back of my house. Apparently, our 88 yr old neighbor happened to pass away sometime between Sunday night and early Monday morning. Thank goodness the body was found in less than 24hrs. Here's a timeline of events:
Sunday 6p, I'm already at work. Mom notices the neighbor cooking. The smell of food cooking was coming out the windows and she could hear him cooking.
Monday 6.50a, I just gotten off work that morning and noticed that our neighbor's car was still parked on the street. I felt this was a bit odd. Generally, he's always up and out by 6.45am at the very latest.
12p, Mom noticed the same thing too and got an ill-feeling that something was wrong. Monday was also street cleaning and his car got a parking ticket. She tried calling, but he wasn't answering.
2p, Mom sent my bro downstairs to knock on his door. Again, no answer. He then decides to call SFPD to check on our neighbor.
5p-7p, As it turns out, SFPD finds the body in the bathroom. We now have an ambulance and the SF coroner's office involved at my house to "certify" the death. My bro had to call the son to break the news. The son came out to collect some items and to deal w/ PD and the coroner as well.
7p, Authorities are cleared from my house. Mom and bro decide to have dinner at a nearby chinese restaurant.
9p, I finally wake up after being passed out FOR THE ENTIRE DAY. My bro tells me about the death and mentions that my dinner is nothing but left-overs from their dinner.
