I believe, if nothing else, I've gotten used to having Lady Louise here. Perhaps it's not the most respectful way to put it, but I suppose if she is here now, the least I can do is aid her in adapting to the island. Lady Louise, should you see this, I once again submit that if you require anything, please do not hesitate to ask.
And yet it seems her arrival has come with a price. I've noticed Priscilla missing from the apartment listings. That, I'm convinced, is for the better. When I arrived, she had her beloved brother with her, and his disappearance took her happiness with it. While it almost feels as though I am abandoning my charge, I have no doubt in my mind that she's much better off whever she is right now.
Ha... look at me talking about arrivals and departures. Since when have I been so easily distracted? I should return to my studies.
