There should be some sort of reward for working retail during the Holidays.
Especially the department store employees. We should all be very nice to them in the next two days (three if you're very last minute) because they probably had to get up around three in the morning to be there by four in the morning so frantic, rude people could be there to yell at them. And only get paid minimum wage for it.
I don't really know their pay rate, but I bet it's one of their least favorite times of the year.
