velocivector is a ridiculously overpowered telekinetic and the strongest Level Five esper in Academy City; all your vectors (and their values) are belong to him. Sort of a godmode with very few weaknesses, looks deceptively scrawny and lacking in muscle tone however. I don't know how likely Hisoka would get to catch a glimpse of proof that he's powerful, but regardless, you have my full blown permission to creep on him to your heart's content. Accelerator's used to assassins/espers/etc. being after his life, and in general people wanting to fight/defeat/kill him since he was the most powerful person in Academy City and wanted the status of being so strong no one would dare fight him. Then his god complex got taken down a few notches, thanks Touma. In short, he can handle it, it's all good!
diclolius is a six, seven year old diclonius who looks about 13-14 human-wise? Her kind have invisible, selectively tangible extra arms capable of super strength, but she prefers to avoid violence and is a good girl for her Papa. She would probably not interest Hisoka. But either way, you may still creep on her. She can handle it.
