Today was GREAT.
Royal Harmony concert for little fourth graders today. Three elementary schools are scarier than us when they start screaming. BUT THEY'RE SO CUTE!! Half of us girls were going into cuteness overload. Sang through all five numbers, plus two Thanksgiving songs we forced them to sing along to. Neighbor Adam was there, and whenever he waved at me he looked the happiest I've ever seen him.
Yay. That was FUN.
Visited Opa (woohoo!). Went to li-berry (saw Hikki! yey!) and Romano's Farmer's Market. Mmmm bread and pears and mozzarella and crazy flavored apple cinnamon popcorn.
That was TASTY.
THEN watched Avatar (love that so much. Sokka's happy dance was brilliant. I'm thinking I'll cosplay Ursa for Ohayocon if I can whip up materials and time). (And I finally get to read One Piece manga. LIBRARY IS NOW WIN.) Then ... dun da dun... a FOUR HOUR STAR WARS MARATHON! Woo! Well, it was only Episodes V and VI, but I've never seen them in their entirety, so I got to pay homage to my Admiral while turning my brain to a contented lump of mush!
That was AMAZING.
Today in general was quite AMAZING.
p.s. and I may have been elected Most Original Girl in our school's Senior Superlatives ^.^ -I was sporting a Roller Derby theme today, complete with kneepads and hard hat.
