(no subject)
guess what? i spent the past couple of hours with two of my cousins, and my cousin-in-law (one's wife) (they're way older, by the way...), playing pusuy dos, and the two of them were thinking up stupid pick up lines. they came up with a few really cheesy ones, such as:
guy: you know, you look like my fourth girlfriend.
girl: what?! how many have you had?!
guy: three.
guy:is your father an astrologer?
girl: what?!
guy: he must be, because it looks like he took all the stars and put them in your eyes.
i told them that if someone actually did use those on me, i'd slap him, or die of laughter because of the 'corniness'. but wait! get this - they actually though those lines were 'smooth'...
*shakes head in disappointment*
ate ayvee (my cousin toby's wife) said, though, that if it's said by the right person, you'll think twice. i told them, i don't know. i think i'd rather he thinks i'm pretty or that i'm smart or whatever directly without qualms. i guess you could say i value truth.
anyway. i had an okay day/week... but alas yet again i did not manage to practice my violin. i guess it's partially fault since i did do alot of cramming this week... whihc, i vow, from thsi moment forth, will not ever happen again. i hope i can keep that vow. ^^;;
i need to finish my christmas shopping!!!
