Too many acronyms!

I've decided that doctors (and the medical community in general) use too many acronyms. I mean, I can see why, but it's still very confusing. However, I've worked in this environment long enough that I now believe I can conduct an entire conversation using only acronyms.

(aka, I'm bored at work and don't want to deal with this damn narrative summary)
