(no subject)
Last night teenagedethgrrl eventually made it online much later than I had expected. for some reason I was missing her much more last night and that kind of expectation that happens when seeing someone special the next day. We chatted lots an it was gone 4am UK time by the time I finally settled down for sleep.
i managed to get out reasobably early this morning as planned with dogs and a small load of remaining stuff that needed moving across. After settling the dogs and putting away the essential stuff like frozen food I headed to bed for a bit and dozed in and out of sleep for the best part of 4 hours. Since then I have managed to put some wood against the back fence covering most of the hole in it, hunted at length for bedroom curtains and eventually found them and got them up in a temporary sort of way. I've also cooked my first proper meal since before the fire so long ago. It really does feel different here now to how it did then. I can hardly wait for teenagedethgrrl to return so she can have some input on sorting things out and choosing what goes where.
Now I'm pretty tired. Partly from lack of sleep last night and partly from all the sneezing I.ve been doing. The dust from moving is playing havoc with my nose but it won't be long before everything settles down and I'm well again.
