Busy Day
I have had a very busy and productive couple of days on The Green Triangle......
Yesterday I started off by setting some bricks into the ground to mark out a small vegetable patch and then cleared the grass off this area and dug the soil over well. This inspired others to help and by the end of the day we had used the strimmer for the first time to clear the grass from all the eastern end of the Triangle whichy is the end next to my back gate.
Then today we cleaned up a number of bricks and set those into the trench that had been dug a while back. We added more bricks, this time at ground level, to mark out an area for wild flowers and also assembled and used the mower. So now we have two large areas of The Triangle mowed - and the grass looks very very good.
Now I think I am going to make a cup of coffee and go outside, light a fire and enjoy the surroundings and hopefully a bit of company.
